Learning English with Jeanette Brox and LETA!

Dieser Schauspiel-Workshop für 7- bis 14jährige will zwei Ziele erreichen: Einserseits sollen die Teilnehmer ihr Englisch verbessern können, andererseits ihr Schauspiel. Jeanette Brox ist Schauspielerin aus Hollywood. Seit 20 Jahren arbeitet sie schon als professionelle Schauspielerin und hatte Auftritte in etlichen Filmen und über 50 TV-Serien. Als Native Speaker wird mit den Kindern die verschiedenen Techniken und Fähigkeiten üben.

Der Kurs läuft in 3 Blöcken von Jänner bis Mai.

These classes are designed to give participants all the chances they need to have fun and use English at the same time! Improvisation and general theatre skills make it much easier to

- step into new situations,
- develop problem-solving techniques,
- encourage group participation and trust.

Main aim of the LETA Drama Workshop is to:
- inspire new ideas about the world,
- build on social and verbal communication skills,
- provide a platform for expression.

Throughout the classes they want to create a fun, non-competitive environment where everyone feels part of the group and enjoys themselves. Of course, they will be adding new vocabulary, while working on those speaking and acting skills!

Jeanette Brox is a Hollywood actress with twenty professional years behind her. She began as a child, taking lead roles and touring with both Annie and The Sound of Music. Since then she has appeared in over 50 different US television series from Gilmore Girls to Private Practise. She has also appeared in such feature films as The Shaggy Dog, and Art School Confidential with John Malkovich, while also scooping the Oustanding Performance Award at the Los Angeles Film Festival in 2004 for Wilderness Survival for Girls. She now lives and teaches acting in Vienna.

All the workshops are led by an English native Speaker!
